Regulations

The following files are Federal stormwater regulations as published in the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR Part 122), the EPA’s Phase II stormwater regulations as published in the Federal Register on December 8, 1999, and various ODEQ general permits relating to stormwater.  EPA’s 40 CFR Part 122 implements the EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program.  The four subparts of Part 122 that are relevant to NPDES permits, and in particular to the stormwater permit program, can be viewed and downloaded here.  Part 122 lists requirements on all NPDES dischargers, including municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial dischargers and Phase I and Phase II stormwater dischargers.  All documents may be opened for viewing or downloaded from this website.
