Departmental Self Audit Packets:  (I put these documents in the suggested order below and put them in a large envelope for each Department.  

 

Department Presentation:  You may want to put them in folders and hand them out at a presentation about your program to the department heads.  I gave a powerpoint presentation to our department heads in February before I presented out program to City Council.  If I had had these packets ready, I think they would have been well received at that time.  I counted the presentation as Municipal Good Housekeeping Training.  We invited each Department head and one employee to the presentation.  (believe me I was nervous and I did not want to do this presentation but it turned out ok,  we video taped it and I reviewed it before my City Council Presentation).

 

Packet Document List:  (in order of packet presentation)

Follow Up:

I will send them this self audit or an updated version every year, a couple of months prior to the annual report deadline.  I ask that they fill this out in lieu of me doing an inspection.  I also sent them a thank-you email for getting it in on time and a copy of the compiled report (Departmental Self Audit Report) that was included in my Annual Stormwater Report to ODEQ.
